Meredith Supports Moms of Hope on Haven Hill!

Hope on Haven Hill was founded in 2015 because people like you and me cared deeply about women and babies across New Hampshire. Over ten years later, the organization has served more than 1,000 women — and there are still so many more who need support.

This NH Gives, you can help expand Hope on Haven Hill’s life-changing programming by supporting the renovations of its newest building at 39/41 Charles Street in Rochester, directly across from the organization’s main hub, the Center for Hope and Wellness.

The new site will provide safe and affordable housing, with recovery support right across the street at Hope on Haven Hill’s Center for Hope and Wellness.  Secure, supportive housing is critical to continued success for strong women and their children. This expansion is key to Hope on Haven Hill’s ability to serve moms and kiddos across the Granite State.

Hope on Haven Hill is truly a special place. As the only integrated Pregnant and Parenting program on the Seacoast, it offers one-of-a-kind treatment and support for families working toward recovery and long-term stability.

I love visiting and seeing the women thrive. The Center for Hope and Wellness includes a gym, childcare center, healthy eating kitchen, and other resources designed to help women rebuild their lives. But the need continues to grow. The new building will be essential to that growth.
