WHO WE ARE/WHAT WE DO

NicaLove is an animal welfare organization serving animals and the people who care for them in some of the most vulnerable communities in Nicaragua.

Since 2019, we have worked to bring lifesaving veterinary care, rescue, and hope to animals with nowhere else to turn.

How We Help

• Rescue and rehabilitate domestic and working animals
• Provide mobile wellness and spay/neuter clinics
• Support underserved and high-risk communities
• Partner with local animal welfare organizations
• Operate a rescue shelter caring for 300+ animals

In 2023, NicaLove opened its shelter in Nicaragua to expand our impact and provide long-term care for vulnerable rescues.

This year, your support will help us expand our mobile outreach clinics and bring veterinary care directly to animals in the hardest-to-reach communities.

Outreach in Landfills & High-Risk Communities
Delivering lifesaving care to animals living in Nicaragua’s municipal landfills and surrounding vulnerable communities.

Providing safe shelter, nutritious food, medical care, and compassion to rescued animals every single day.
